1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 to 8 days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Shipping Methods Available

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Available shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping (if available at checkout)

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): [6 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS]
  • Remote/Rural Areas: [7 to 8  BUSINESS DAYS]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: available at checkout
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above 1999 (if applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is lost, damaged, or incorrect.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time through the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs or regional restrictions
  • High-volume seasons or holidays

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
